Grooves On The Green is a new, free, family-friendly summer concert series presented in partnership between the City of Green Bay, The Tarlton Theatre, and Green Bay Neighborhoods. The five-concert series aims to activate underutilized park spaces across the city with live music while fostering community connections across Green Bay's diverse neighborhoods.
